tips agar gigi nampak lebih putih:
-gunakan bulu sikat yang kering untuk menyikat gigi
-lakukan gerakan atas bawah saat menyikat gigi
-gunakan pasta gigi yang berfungsi memutihkan gigi
-banyak konsumsi buah bervitamin c (strawberry,jeruk)
-hindari kopi,rokok

-banyak mengkonsumsi makanan berlemak dan berkalori tinggi
-rajin tidur siang
-konsumsi makanan berminyak
-konsumsi kulit ayam
-konsumsi kentang goreng/keripik kentang
-perbanyak ngemil
-makan nasi agak dikurangi,ganti dengan cemilan tinggi lemak

tips menambah tinggi badan:
-rutin minum susu
-olahraga yang memberi beban pada kaki(skipping,basket)
-biking
-swimming
-cukup istirahat tidur 7-8 jam sehari secara teratur dan bangun pagi
-konsumsi vitamin dan nutrisi
-hindari mandi malam
-konsumsi susu tinggi kalsium pagi dan malam
-makan 3 kali sehari dengan takaran yang cukup

tips jadi kurus:
-tetap makan 3 kali sehari
-jangan kurangi porsi makan secara berlebihan
-jangan sering ngemil yang manis/asin
-usahakan sarapan pagi
-konsumsi buah buahan berry,terutama blueberry
-jadikan buah buahan berair(apel,jeruk,pisr,dll) sebagai cemilan setelah makan siang
-jangan langsung makan buah setelah makan nasi usahakan selang 1-2 jam setelahnya
-jangan makan malam lebih dari jam 7 malam dengan 1/2 porsi makan siang
-minum 8 gelas air putih sehari
-konsumsi ikan salmon
